Prohibits public school membership in any statewide activities association that prohibits home school students from participating in any event or activity offered by the school district in which the student resides
General Laws Committee hearing - 1.31.22 - Testimony submitted for informational purposes underscoring co-curricular provisions, the need for coursework aligned with Missouri Learning Standards and schools/teachers determining eligibility and the role for safety, access and equity.
