The Missouri Alliance for Arts Education collaborates with the Missouri Arts Council in a variety of ways.

Other Collaborative Work

• MAC's Arts Education Specialist is an ex-officio member of the MAAE Board of Directors.

• MAC news is a regular entry in MAAE's monthly newsletters. 

• MAAE staff, board members and other allies are sometimes requested to serve on grant review panels for the Missouri Arts Council.

• MAAE was involved in the development of the MAC Revised Strategic Plan.

• MAAE refers arts education groups to MAC for funding opportunities.

• MAAE, MAC and DESE have collaborated and are funding partners for the Arts Education Data Project.

• MAAE collaborates with a significant number of arts entities who receive funding support from the Missouri Arts Council in promoting their work, and connecting others to their resources.
