You are not alone! The FAME Leadership Group is open to all arts educators, but is particularly geared toward arts educators who take on leadership roles in their setting. Enjoy collegial support, discuss topics from those present as well as share resources and strategies for local arts education advocacy. The group meets monthly via ZOOM to discuss current issues of interest to Missouri's arts educators. Each session includes an opportunity to network with others, increasing knowledge about relevant topics selected by group members, and some will also feature a presenter to share information about opportunities offered by organizations which support student learning. Monthly sessions.  >Register and Learn more

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity in the Arts professional learning network is open all members of the arts education community. A project of the MAAE's RIDE committee, this informal gathering meets quarterly via ZOOM and is designed to be a safe space for open communication about issues connected with racism, inclusion, diversity and equity. A roundtable forum, this can be a place where people can share concerns, ask questions and seek answers or solutions to help bring greater equity for all. Quarterly sessions.  >Register and Learn more

MAAE wishes to make programming accessible to all. In-person events are held in ADA compliant facilities allowing those with mobility issues to participate. Please contact director@moaae.org if you have any additional requests to accommodate visual, hearing or other accessibility issues.
